Colon Cleanse and Detox

Colon Cleansing is popular among Natural Health Practitioners. For some people this can be beneficial. If you have a diet high in fiber or take a fiber supplement this is not usually necessary.

There are two types of Colon Cleansing. One is the total emptying of the colon of waste material. This is most often done with fiber base supplementation. The other is the removal of parasites (Colon Detox). There are some negative parasites that can live in our colons. Most people do not suffer these.
