Lou Gehrig's Disease Picture

Lou Gehrig's Disease is the common name for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: thickening of tissue in the motor tracts of the lateral columns and anterior horns of the spinal cord; results in progressive muscle atrophy that starts in the limbs. While you can not show the disease with a picture we have added a diagram that shows how the disease works.
